Most of our jewellery is designed and created in Formby – and much of it is exclusive!
Happy, satisfied customers are our best advert, and we will do everything we can to make our customers happy.
- Post – All items are despatched within 2 working days of cleared payment by Royal Mail “signed-for” delivery. The cost is £2.75 for the first item plus an additional 50p for each subsequent item.
- Faults – We will gladly refund your money in full if you find any fault with our jewellery.
- Refunds – If you buy a piece and find it is not suitable we will refund the cost (excluding post) provided the item is returned to us ‘unused’ and ‘saleable’ condition.
